Guest Policy
A guest is someone who sleeps, showers, or keeps luggage at the house.
If you drag back a “friend” from the bar, you will not be charged a
guest fee. Even in the event
that your guest is out “all night,” he or she will still be charged
with guest fees.
Guest Fees:
Weekends (Fri-Sat) - $35/person per night or $60 for the weekend
Holiday Weekends - $50/person per night
Mid-Week (Sunday-Thursday) - $30/person per night
You are responsible for collecting the money from your guests and giving it to Patrick immediately when your guests arrive. If we are not paid immediately upon arrival, it will be an issue. Guest fees may be paid by check, but the sponsoring member will be responsible should the check bounce or be invalid.
Members are responsible for the conduct and behavior of respective guests. If your guest gets rowdy, the sponsor is responsible. If your guest is responsible for a noise violation or a ticket, the sponsor will be held completely responsible for it. This can result in the sponsor paying the ticket or being kicked out of the house. Bottom line is please tell guests to be respectful.
In order to maintain the value of our
memberships, we generally do not let a guest come up more than 3 times
during the summer. Guests are not allowed to bring down other
guests.
Unless you receive express permission from management, no guests may be under 21 years of age.
